I care deeply about supporting the next generation of therapists. In supervision, I take a relational, strengths-based approach that’s rooted in trust, empathy, accountability, and an understanding of the broader contexts that shape our work.
I am intentional on creating a safe, encouraging space where supervisees feel supported in their growth. I aim to ease anxiety, build confidence, and celebrate each person’s unique strengths. Together, we focus on developing skills, deepening self-reflection, and exchanging honest, compassionate feedback. I share openly from my own experiences, believing that transparency helps supervisees explore challenges and connect theory to real-world practice in meaningful ways. My goal is to nurture thoughtful, capable and ethical clinicals who feel grounded and confident in their work.
I work from an integrated approach using various proven therapeutic theories and modalities to meet the individual needs of my clients. These include CBT, Family Systems Therapy, DBT, Somatic Work, Narrative Therapy, IFS and EMDR. I work from a trauma-informed lens. I have significant experience working with clients with PTSD and complex PTSD. I am currently the Counselling Department Director with an organization that works with women coming out of sex-trafficking.
I offer individual, dyadic, and group supervision.
